The universal rack is a real must-have for all meat lovers! Used as a rib rack, it holds up to 6 ribs and cooks them evenly and without turning on the grill. Used as a roasting basket, it separates the meat from the grill rack and allows it to cook evenly and extra juicy. The porcelain-enameled steel fat drip tray can simply be placed underneath to collect any juices that escape. Both components of the set can of course also be used independently of each other (e.g. as a fat drip tray under a rotisserie spit or as a trivet for a beer can chicken).
