The solid cast iron plancha XL expands the possibilities of the Blazing or Cooking Zone of Arosa and Lugano barbecue stations and all other kettle grills and grill stations! Simply place it directly above the burner and heat up the cast iron plancha individually. The porcelain-enameled surface is ideal for grilling meat and vegetable dishes, fish and pasta dishes, desserts, pancakes or an entire breakfast with fried eggs and bacon. The extra high rim on the back and sides makes it easy to flip and work on the plancha. Leaking liquids are collected by a generous fat/juice tray. The plancha L has the perfect dimensions to be placed above the Blazing or Cooking Zone of Arosa and Lugano barbecue station.
